Every time you interact with someone for the first time, it’s a cold call of sorts. Just because you’re not always selling a product or service doesn’t mean that you’re not selling something. The more aware you are of what others are thinking and feeling, and the more you can fit your needs into theirs, the easier all of your life’s cold calls will be.

  • I have a B.S.B.A in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
